Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

✓ Unworn items with original tags
✓ Items in original packaging
✓ Defective or damaged products
✓ Wrong item received

Not Eligible for Return:

✗ Worn, washed, or altered items
✗ Items without original tags
✗ Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
✗ Custom or made-to-order pieces

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at returns@mehraah.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
Our team will provide return instructions and address
Ship the item back securely (customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective)

Refunds

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
Original payment method will be credited
Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
